OUR STORY

Austin Lineberry’s roots grew deep along the banks of the New River in Grayson County, Virginia. Camp Dickenson was a small church camp nestled between the Blue Ridge Mountains along the banks of the New River. Austin and Elizabeth met there as counselors and soon fell in love.

They married and settled in Atlanta. Shortly after, Austin was introduced to the building business by Elizabeth’s dad. Ted Andrews was a custom builder who owned Lighthouse Homes with Elizabeth’s mother, Bett. Unfortunately, two years later, Ted passed away. Austin continued with the knowledge and experience he gained working with Ted, building over 80 homes for Northstar Homes and collaborating on other projects with colleagues over the next few years. In 2011, he was hired to work alongside Leonard Jacklett and build a multi-million dollar equine estate. As the success of their relationship and reputation as high-end builders became well known, they continued building on private tracts of land and in subdivisions for four years. It was this experience with his mentor that launched Austin into a career of building high-end custom homes and estates. Elizabeth, a pediatric nurse, artist, and designer, had always dreamed of designing and building custom homes with Austin. On New Year’s Day in 2016, Austin and Elizabeth broke ground together on a modern farmhouse in Milton, Georgia, and that dream came alive!
